Could I be pregnant?

I had my last period on Oct. 3, 2010. I took an Ovulation test on Oct. 18, 2010 and it was positive, so my husband and I got busy trying to make a baby. Around Oct. 26, 2010, I started to spot lightly for a day or so. Aunt Flo was due for a visit last week, but she's no where in sight. I went and made one of those caldendar's for baby conception on here (WebMD) and all of these things that have happened over the last few weeks were SPOT ON to the date. I've taken a few negative pregnancy tests and they've all come up negative, but this morning the test appeared negative, but I could see the outline of the positive line. My body is super regular (I went off the pill a few months ago and I ovulated right away and has been coming on time) and I don't really feel like I'm about to get my period, all I feel is super emotional and sensetive (I've been crying at the drop of a hat lately and getting worked up over the silliest things), Has anyone out there ever experienced something like this? When should I make a doctors appointment with my doctor to find out if I am expecting or not? Any advice or stores would be greatly appriciated!

PS - IF I am pregnant, this would be a first for my husband. I hope I am and I'm hoping my hopes aren't messing with my head and body.

The spotting on Oct 26 could have been implantation spotting since it was in the right time frame. Some women take longer to show on a test than others so wait another few days and take a test. If you're still getting negative results, I'd see your doctor for a blood test.
