I missed my period in Oct. but still ovulated in Nov. I had sex during my ovulation about a week -week and a half later I was feeling kinda nauseous. Then it stopped and I started experiencing increased vaginal discharge. First it was thin and clear but started getting a little more milky colored and kinda stretchy. I ended up not getting my period in Nov. I took several home prego tests but all said negative.. I still havent started and just today I notcied a little blood when I wiped. It only happened twice and so far I havent experienced it again. I have had some abdominal cramping the past couple weeks but nothing to bad. I took another prego test two days ago and still negative. I have been trying to get pregnant for about 5 yrs. I have a tilted cervix which made things hard. I have never experienced anything like this before. I want to be pregnant to so bad. Am I just imagining things??? Could I possibly be preggo?????/

How do you know you ovulated in November? DId you take an ovulation test?
The stretchy vaginal discharge is usually associated with ovulation, which sounds like it occured a week to a walk and a half after you thought you ovulated. Did you have sex during that time as well?
When did you have the spotting? If it was implantation bleeding then then it would occur 6-12 days after conception. Does that time frame line up with when you had intercourse?
I am not sure what type of pregnancy test you took, but a good one says in the instructions that if you aren't sure you ovulated, then wait 19 days after sex to take the test and it should be accurate.
