If you have had a period and a negative test, than you are most likely not pregnant. If you are really worried about it, you can always ask for a blood test to check for sure.

I realize that the chances are slim, but my "period" wasn't anything like it normally was. I think I will opt for a blood test though.

I think you should go for a blood test also, just to be sure. I have been kinda going thru the same thing this past week. I was feeling some symptoms of what I read to be early pregnancy symptoms a few days before I was 2 days late. My at home test was neg also and then started what I thought was my "period" but it was shorter and a good deal lighter than it should have been, and that is not normal for me at all. I'm going to go to my doctor to see what's going on. Chances may be slim but it is always best to be sure, to be better prepared.

Thank goodness I'm not the only one! I think a blood test is a good idea, like you said I'd like to be prepared. My "period" was the same way this month! The more I wait it out the more I want to know! The nurse said she wants me to wait until next week to come in.

I know, waiting is so hard for me to, I do not like not knowing, especially about something as important as this. I want to be the most prepared if by chance I am going to have a child. My appt isn't till the 19th so I'm not sure if she will be able to tell me rt then or how long the results will take.

Will do. I'm a little worried too. Ugh. If this test comes back negative I will feel so foolish; but its better safe than sorry, I know. I don't know what to think and I don't want to get my hopes up, but I hope; oh how I hope!

I am also going through something like this- I have all the symptoms of pregnancy but still get a period every month. My periods have always been irregular, so I can't tell if they are off or weird. And I took two pregnancy test, which both came out positive. But I have all the symptoms- headaches, fatigue, heartburn, back aches, leg cramps, mood swings, cravings, nausea, adversion to foods, vivide dreams, having to pee ALL THE TIME. and I also am showing- a definet baby bump is starting to appear, and its pretty firm. A blood test is apparently what I need to go get too.

It's a little reassuring to see that i'm not the only one experiencing this kind of situation!

I'm getting more and more nervous the longer I have to wait to see the doctor to be sure of what's going on. I think I might retest soon just to see if the home test will show anything.
