If you don't want to wait you can re-test once a week with 1st morning urine until you either get a positive result or a normal for you period. If you are unhappy with how are being treated by your Dr. seek a second opinion.

well it's been three months and still no period. all the test were neg. still having stomach pain and nause

Have they done an ultrasound? Have they given you something to try and restart your period? You need to find a Dr. who is willing to work with you until you figure out what's going on.
