Is is possible for you to get a false negative if you still have your IUD in and get pregnant. I have been having alot of symptoms of pregnancy but I got a negative pregnancy test. My last period was a week late and then when it came it was only spotty for 2 days not even a full tampon worth. My breast are very sensitive to the touch and I have alot of gas but when I took the pregnancy test the Sunday after my period it came out negative. What should I do?

Yes it is possible to get a false negative and still be pregnant. False negative are very common and having a IUD doesn't effect the test results either way.
You can either keep testing once a week with 1st morning urine until you either get a positive result or a normal for you period or see a Dr. for a blood test.
Best of luck.
