Had a miscarragie

I had miscarriage on April 24 , 2012,, I had to find out this way that I was pregnant, after having the system for two month before and telling my doctor to give me blood take, not urine test because of my history of using this home test or at the doc, that always come our neg.. am diabetic so she thought it was that.. now am felling the some way again,
history of Diabetes , HBP, Cyst in my ovaries , which doc says is not to worry about. I haven't got my period, feeling tired , with this symptoms I have energy in the morning then want to sleep , last pregnancy was tired all day.. now the clinic is giving the run around.. what should I do if I have the feeling am Pregnant again but still early
