Any advice?

Every month I track my period and according to my period tracker I ovulated on May 1st.. I did have sex on that day, but I am on birth control. Two weeks later I had my normal period. Now this past week I have been spotting (which I've never done before) and I have felt a little sick to my stomach the past couple of days. Does anyone have any advice on what could be going on?

First of all, there's no need to track your ovulation as birth control suppresses ovulation.

You may just be having break through bleeding and it's possible you ate something that just didn't agree with you.

Birth Control suppresses your ovulation, so if you are taking your Birth Control correctly the your chances are low that you're pregnant.

Best of luck.
