Have you taken an HPT with first morning urine? If you are pregnant an HPT should come back positive by now.

Concidering how long it's been since you've had a period you should go see a doctor. If you are 3 months pregnant you should be getting prenatal care. The first several weeks of a babies development is very important because that is when all the internal organs are developing. Start taking a prenatal vitamin. Since you aren't using protection and you're not trying to prevent pregnancy you should be taking a prenatal vitamin anyways.

Have you tired a pregnancy test with 1st morning urine in the last week? If not that should be your 1st step and you may want to speak to a Dr. no matter what the results are.
Best of luck.
