My wife is still having her normal period but it looks like she is starting to have the same signs of being pregnant as she did before she had our son. Can you still have a normal period and be pregnant at the same time?

No, you can not have a normal period and still be pregnant. If your wife thinks she may be pregnant she can try a test with 1st morning urine. But she's probably not pregnant if she had a normal for her period.
Best of luck.
