6 days ago my partner fingered me with precum on his finger, and I've been stressing about the possibility of being pregnant all week. My period was supposed to come today and it still hasn't.

What are the possibilities of getting pregnant from precum, if it wasn't through vaginal sex, but from fingering? I also don't think I was ovulating because it was 6 days before my expected period, and I read that ovulation is 14 days before your expected period.

Could my period be late because I have been stressing about this so much? Or is there a possibility of a pregnancy?

Stress. Sperm die fairly quickly when exposed to air so even if there were sperm on his fingers, they more than likely would have been dead.

If you are mature enough to almost have sex, you are mature enough to get on birth control so you don't get pregnant.
