Confused, I had a postive and a negative pregnancy test? Help!!!

I took a pregnancy test with the first morning urine and it was positive. A couple days later I took another and it was negative.But yesterday I had this spotting, but it wasn't period spotting it was just like a drop or two of brownish discharge, and that was it, nothing else. Is that implantation bleeding and could I still be pregnant? And if that might be implantation bleeding, when should I take the test to be absolutely sure? I'm so anxious with this waiting thing!!! Help please!!!

It's possible you had a chemical pregnancy. I'd take another HPT and if it's negative then call your doctor and have a blood test done.

You could still be pregnant. Some tests aren't as sensitive as others, even tests in the same box. Spotting is common in early pregnancy.

Take another test.
