Could I be Pregnant

I was on the pill, but my doctors appt was scheduled a week away and they wouldn't refill w/out a visit. I had sex and we used a condom and I took the morning after pill. Two days later I had my DR visit and continued taking my birth control. I am very particular and I have never missed. My period is 2 days late and I have never been late before. I have taken 2 preg test and they both come out negative. Could taking the morning after pill somehow affected my period, even though it was a month ago?
