Jolessa birth control interaction???

My girlfriend and I are a little nervous as we are not ready for a child. Can taking arithromycin (z- pack) effect the effectiveness of jolessa birth control pills? My GF takes the BC pill everyday at around the same time and recently was put on z pack which was 5 pills. We had unprotected sex and she had taken her BC and ended up not taking the z pack pill on that night. It would've been her 4th of the 5 pills if it matters because the arithromycin is already in her system but so is the birth control. I was wondering if the birth control would still be effective since jolessa is one of the strongest birth control pills. And if she is pregnant are there certain natural things that could accidentaly cause a misscariage? Thanks for the help!

There are very few antibiotics that actually affect birth control and those are usually prescribed for TB. As long as your GF hasn't missed any BC pills, she should be fine.
