hello, i am now two weeks late for my period. i had taken a test at 5 days late it was negative i took about 5 of them. I have not taken one since but i am now experiencing tender breast, headaches, heartburn, tender abdomen, & mood swings. I dont want to get my hopes up so i have been telling myself that im not so i dont know if i "feel pregnant" or not. Could i be pregnant?

Yes, you could be pregnant or you may have just no ovulated. I'd wait and see if you get your next period and if you don't and are still getting negative test results, see your doctor.
