Thank you everyone for responding to each other. I've read through the thread and found useful information but need advice as well.

I've had Mirena since 2009 and am not in need of a new one until March of next year. However, the last 2 months I've been having sex with my boyfriend and we are being reckless due to my trusty T. For the first time, in 4 years I have felt a fullness/pressure in my lower pelvic area. I have 2 girls now and remember what it felt like. Although, I have no nausea, I am getting unusual food cravings and my breasts have swollen.

I have tested negative twice with First Response.

Has anyone had these symptoms, tested negative and gotten pregnant?

My advice: Go to your doctor and get checked out and a blood test.

If you are pregnant, you need to get the IUD removed so it doesn't interfere with your pregnancy.

If you aren't pregnant, something else could be going on down there that you definitely want to get checked out.
