    Exciting News for WebMD Members!

We've been busy behind the scenes building new message boards for you. You'll have new and easier ways to find messages, connect with others, and share your stories.

And, this will all be available on your smartphone or other mobile device!

What Do You Need to Do?

The message board you're used to will be closing in the coming weeks. While many of your boards will be making the move to our new home, your posts will not. Want to keep a discussion going? my last period came in late, now i never have cramped with my periods, however this past one i found myself cramping then bled (eventually spotted). After the 3rd day the spotting became this undiscribable color (really funky eww). My husband read up and found out about this implataion bleeding, i never heard about till he told me. So my question for those that can help shed some light is if that is the case how long after this implantation bleeding should be a good time to take a test and dose it effect the reading on it? i have taken one today and got a negative reading. Any help out there

Not everyone expeiences implantation bleeding and if they do, it usually only lasts a few hours, maybe a day, not 3 days.
