Actually, yes, you could, though unlikely.

You can get pregnant at anytime during your cycle, though more likely during mid-cycle.

And, although it is very rare to get your period, it does happen to some women. It greatly depends on your period as well... if it came but was much lighter than normal, than it is more likely you could be pregnant.

What you should do is wait until your next period is due and see if you miss it. Also, lookout for other symptoms (sore breasts, nausea, food adversions/cravings, etc.)

If you still aren't sure than you can take a home pregnancy test and follow up with your doctor with a blood test.
