I've taken two home test both neg. went to the doctor they took a urine test and it was neg. they said it was to early to take a blood test last week. My period is always on time. When I was pregnant with my son I found out a couple weeks after my late period. Could I still be pregnant but just be too early to tell still?

If you're over two weeks late, it's not too early to tell. Some women never show on pregnancy tests for whatever reason. now that your period is over two weeks late, go back to your doctor and ask for a blood test.

It's also possible you did not ovulate and usually no ovulation means no period.
