    Exciting News for WebMD Members!

We've been busy behind the scenes building new message boards for you. You'll have new and easier ways to find messages, connect with others, and share your stories.

And, this will all be available on your smartphone or other mobile device!

What Do You Need to Do?

The message board you're used to will be closing in the coming weeks. While many of your boards will be making the move to our new home, your posts will not. Want to keep a discussion going? Hi there,
Hope someone can help me out here!!
    I started taking a new medication (Cipralex 10mg) on April 4, 2013.
On the same day (April 4) I was supposed to get my period, no such luck. I waited quite a few days then did two at home pregnancy test's on April 10, 2013, at this time I was 8 days late, both were negative.
On April 18th I phoned my doctor and she said the new medication would not affect my period, and yet it still not here despite the massive cramping.
Anyone who might be able to help would be much appreciated, I'm stumped!!
    Thanks!!

My thoughts would be that it is not the medication, but I'm really no expert.

If it were me, I guess I'd wait a few more days and then take another HPT.

I know I'm probably not any help. Sorry
