    Lingering spotting and lactating...preggo symptoms???

My cycles are irregular and have been since I was 18 (I'm 24 now). I have been spotting for about 3 weeks now and that is very unusual. My body feels like I'm pregnant. I keep feeling little movements in my belly but I know that I have gas as well from the bloating. I am also experiencing pains like my body is stretching, and as of recently I am lactating. (By the way, I have been pregnant before, I have a 3 yr old). I am very sexually active with my boyfriend but we have been attempting to be careful. I am very fatigued and irritable. It makes it hard for me to tell whether or not I'm pregnant due to my periods being irregular. Can someone relate or advise me on what it could be??
