    Exciting News for WebMD Members!

We've been busy behind the scenes building new message boards for you. You'll have new and easier ways to find messages, connect with others, and share your stories.

And, this will all be available on your smartphone or other mobile device!

What Do You Need to Do?

The message board you're used to will be closing in the coming weeks. While many of your boards will be making the move to our new home, your posts will not. Want to keep a discussion going? Save posts you want to continue (this includes your member profile story), so that you can re-post them in the new message boards.

Keep an eye here and on your email inbox, we'll be back in touch soon to give you all the information you need!

    Normal or possible pregnancy?

I had sex and 6 days later had my period which seemed to be normal. It is now 16 days later and Im either spotting or possible period. Could I be pregnant or is this nothing to be alarmed about? Never conceived in past so this would be a miracle but I'm hoping everything is ok. I've recently been working out alot more too. Is it normal to have a period so early or could this be implantation?

It could be any number of things.
If you drastically changed your workout, then that could cause irregularities in your cycle.

It could possibly be related to pregnancy

I would suggest that you wait to see if you get your normal period when it's due. If it's more than 2 weeks late, than take a HPT.

    Good luck.

Thank you LoveBird79! I took a few days off from the vigorous workout but am monitoring closely. How soon can you take an HPT?
