Ok so I'm on birth control (Ortho TriCyclen) and I somehow forgot to take two days worth of pills in week one. I am now in week three of my pack and feeling a bit odd. I have had afternoon sickness but I know the flu is going around so not sure if that's what it is or morning sickness. I've been tired but at the same time have lots of energy I know that doesn't make since but that's what I feel like. So my question is do you think I could be pregnant or what's the chance of pregnancy?? I'm really kinda of hoping I am

If you took the missed pills as soon as you remembered and didn't have sex for a week after, I don't think you're pregnant. You can take a test if you want to be sure.

This could be a reaction to not taking them for the 2 days.
