I'm only a day late on my period but I've never been late before. My breasts are not sore. I have light cramping and backaches. Usually I have really bad cramping to where I lay in bed all day. I'm urinating a little more frequent than usual. I also have no appetite what so ever and have to force myself to eat. Certain smells also make me nauseous.

    Take a home pregnancy test.
It's possible you are pregnant, however it is possible your are just late.
Just because you have never been late before does not mean your body will not be late at some point in your life.

If you've had sex since your last period then pregnancy is a possibility. It's also possible you're just late. I've been up to 3-4 days late and not been pregnant.

I'd wait a few days before taking a test.
