    Exciting News for WebMD Members!

We've been busy behind the scenes building new message boards for you. You'll have new and easier ways to find messages, connect with others, and share your stories.

And, this will all be available on your smartphone or other mobile device!

What Do You Need to Do?

The message board you're used to will be closing in the coming weeks. While many of your boards will be making the move to our new home, your posts will not. Want to keep a discussion going? Save posts you want to continue (this includes your member profile story), so that you can re-post them in the new message boards.

Keep an eye here and on your email inbox, we'll be back in touch soon to give you all the information you need!

Do You Know How to Chart Your Cycle?

Do you know how to chart a calendar to track when you are most fertile?

If you are trying to become pregnant, one of the most helpful things you can do is get to know your body and how the female reproductive system works. Figuring out your cycle and knowing when your egg is a prime target for those little sperm warriors to invade, may give you a better chance of getting a positive result.

Whether you are or aren't trying to become pregnant, charting your fertility cycle is an easy way to become in tune with your body's menstrual cycle including what is normal for you. Call it "fertility awareness ".

How many of you are charting their own cycles, temperatures and fertility? What have you learned and has it been worth the trouble?

Share your experience or ask our community your questions about charting your cycle.
