When first going off birth control, it may take a few months for your period to return to normal. It's recommended you wait at least two non-pill cycles before getting pregnant if only to make it easier to date your pregnancy.

Go to the WedMD ovulation calendar...it really breaks it all down. I have been trying to get pregnant with my boyfriend for 2 months now (I am 27)...this is month 3 and it really feels like I might be pregnant....fingers crossed! I have never been on birth control though. You are definately going to want to wait 2-3 months after you stopped the birth control before you start trying to conceive.

For sure go to the ovulation calendar because it gives you a visual and bascially walks you through when to have sex and when the man should save him sperm men.
