Have you ever considered taking a vitamin or supplement to increase your chance at having a baby? You may be surprised at how Mother Nature can help out!

In just the past two years alone a number of credible studies have emerged showing that certain nutrients and plants can offer a fertility boost to both men and women.

If you follow this link, you'll find a list of vitamins and supplements that are said to increase fertility and your chance at having a baby. Each supplement lists common uses, side effects, dosage details and you can read user reviews from those that have tried them.

What vitamins, herbs or supplements have you heard increase fertility? Ask your questions about them here for the community to offer suggestions.

Our body is comprised of minerals and such. By taking vitamins you're using a natural substance that your body is already made up of and beefing up those where you may be deficient.
