Could I be pregnant?? I took a blood test about 4 days after I think i may have conseved and it came up negative. I still have about 11 days tell my period should come. Is there still a chance?? I have been very gassy, my pulse seems to be staying on the higher side. I feel queesy here and there but not all the time and not everyday. Thans for your help.

It's way too early for any test to come up positive. I think even the most sensitive blood test needs at least a week after ovulation to work. I'd wait and see if your period comes and then take a test.

You probably took your test too early.
It takes days for the egg to implant in the uterus and start producing the hormone.

You should wait until you miss a period to test.... and wait until it's a few days late to make sure.

Also, from the timeline you have given, it sounds like it may have been too early in your cycle for you to be ovulating.
