Sexual Problems Tip #2
jacqui_olliver posted:
Every sex problem, including premature ejaculation, erectile dysfunction and being unable to orgasm appear to be one BIG problem, but they are actually made up of several smaller problems.

If you try to tackle it as one big problem, it can very quickly become overwhelming. So break it down into smaller steps. Then break those steps down into smaller steps. Then tackle one problem at a time.

For example: Erectile Dysfunction
? Partner lost interest
? Does your partner have health issues?
? Is your partner going through menopause?
? Is your partner feeling unfulfilled by your technique?

? Does your partner feel emotionally connected to you during sex?

? Does your partner feel disconnected from you?

? Does your partner feel pressured to have sex?

There can be many facets to sexual problems which is why these problems can appear to be difficult to fix. The best treatment for sexual problems will firstly identify the contributing factors, then provide complete strategies to deal with every aspect of the problem.
