I found out about a month ago that my now fiancé cheated on me a year ago(for a period of 2-3 months). I found out due to a phone call from her(on his phone). He denied it til he knew there was no way I was going to believe his lies...He finally got on his knees and told me the truth about everything, apologized, and told me that this was before he knew he was going to ask me to marry him.He has cheated in past relationships. We have children together and I love him very much..I just can't get past the fact that he cheated and lied to me..Since I found out,I've been extremely depressed and every time he's texting, e mailing, or going somewhere I'm always thinking he's cheating...this is the result of HIS actions..We weren't having problems when he cheated..When I got over the "freak out" stage and asked him "why" he said that he doesn't know why.He said that it was a stupid mistake and he promised to be faithful and truthful..I have so many questions in my mind like, what else is there that I don't know? Keep in mind this was done before he asked me to marry him. How can I get over these feelings and trust him again?? I keep telling him that trust is something that has to be earned back but he keeps asking me how...I'm so emotionally destroyed.Every time I look at him I think about it and I find myself constantly questioning myself(about my looks, etc.)I've never felt so hurt before. I need advice PLEASE!!
