    Exciting News for WebMD Members!

We've been busy behind the scenes building new message boards for you. You'll have new and easier ways to find messages, connect with others, and share your stories.

And, this will all be available on your smartphone or other mobile device!

What Do You Need to Do?

The message board you're used to will be closing in the coming weeks. While many of your boards will be making the move to our new home, your posts will not. Want to keep a discussion going? Save posts you want to continue (this includes your member profile story), so that you can re-post them in the new message boards.

Keep an eye here and on your email inbox, we'll be back in touch soon to give you all the information you need!

    Yours in health,

I bet you are. I know exactly what you mean. I went months (probably close to a year) without any fresh vegetables or fruits and it was really getting to me. I'm adding them back in slowly. I hope you tolerate it well. I really hope you do.

Nothing happened after eating that last night. I had more strawberries and bananas for breakfast. I will finish the squash for lunch.

    I just need SOMETHING fresh.

Blueberries are a HUGE no-no!. I have had intermittin sharp stabbing pain for days and pencil poo. The last time I ate them in December the same thing happened.

Strawberries, bananas, canned green beads, butternut squash have all been ok so far. I shoulf be going into a flare this week (My 26 day cycle), so we will see how is goes.
