    Exciting News for WebMD Members!

We've been busy behind the scenes building new message boards for you. You'll have new and easier ways to find messages, connect with others, and share your stories.

And, this will all be available on your smartphone or other mobile device!

What Do You Need to Do?

The message board you're used to will be closing in the coming weeks. While many of your boards will be making the move to our new home, your posts will not. Want to keep a discussion going? Save posts you want to continue (this includes your member profile story), so that you can re-post them in the new message boards.

Keep an eye here and on your email inbox, we'll be back in touch soon to give you all the information you need!

I am battling weight gain due to the hormone meds, 30 lbs since I started taking all of the meds. Does anyone out there battle the same. I exercise regularly and eat nutritionally balanced meals. The only advice I can offer if you have a healthy diet and exercise regularly would be to change up your exercise routine because muscles can get used to the same repeated movements and it doesn't burn as many calories, or to cut down on your portion size. A healthy meal doesn't matter if you're eating large portions.

Without knowing more information and without having to deal with menopause for the time being, it's hard for me to advise you any further. If you have specific questions, I'll be glad to answer them, or if you provide more information and I come up with anything else, I'll be happy to share that, too. This board is a great place for us Crohnies, so I hope you stick around and get the help that you need.
