Does "ileum is prominent" BMT test result is releted to IBD?

My nephew 13 years old suffering with pain and frequent stools(after taking every meal).Doctor(GE) diagnosed endoscopy and colonoscopy found normal but BMFT resulted "one loop of ileum is prominent with delayed emptying".prescribed some medicine and planning laparoscopy.Thanks

They told me my daughter's ileum was thickened/narrowed. It sounds like the word "prominent" might mean the same thing?
