What can you eat with Crohn's and Diabetes?I have both and don't know what to do.Also anyone still having problems after a bowel resection.I had it done in December 2011.I still get bloaty,gassy,crampy.I also have vaginal issues.Anyone else?What do I do?

I couldn't find anything to eat with Ulcerative Colitis, nor have I had much luck finding anything to eat with a J Pouch too or should I say "no colon?" The truth is I'm miserable living like this and looking forward to death.
