Have a simple B12 test done. I had surgery when I was 15 for a perforated jejunum. Fast forward to age 40 and started to really having major leg pain. At first the Doctors thought I had MS. Turned out I had no B12. Then it dawned on them, B12 is absorbed in the jejunum. I now have permanent nerve damage.
