Sudden wave of depression

Hello, I've been up for a while talking to my friend when all of a sudden I have a massive wave of depression. I am diagnosed with Major Depression, but lately my depression hasn't been to bad. I'm suppose to be taking Prozac but since may of this year I stopped. Didn't seem like I was needing it. I honesty have no clue what caused this wave of depression. I just randomly started crying, feeling nauseas, my head hurt(s). Anyone tell me any suggestions on what to do? I haven't been seeing a therapist or doctor since maybe March or April of this year. Thing is usually with my waves like this I get very suicidal, and today it wasn't a lot maybe for 2 minutes I was.
