I've been taught that medicine for mental health and therapy is what makes the difference. Medicine is 50% of help and the other 50% comes from what we do differently.

I've been to therapy for many years and that is what the t's told us.

Just thought i'd let you know another take on it. They also taught that we take small baby steps at first in order to weave ourselves out of depression or whatever it is that bothers us.
