Feeling depressed

I have been feeling depressed for the past 2 weeks. I feel out of sorts. I feel like I don't know what to do with myself. I push myself out the door to go workout at the YMCA and I push myself to workout. I workout for 45 minutes and I'm not losing any weight either. Oh I've lost some here and there but I haven't lost any in the past 2 weeks. I need some get up and go. Because it went someplace. I've thought of trying the 5 hour energy drink.
any opionions out there.
