Depression after heart surgery
An_254730 posted:
I had triple by-pass in early October. Since starting back to work in mid-November, I have had nearly daily depression that I just can't explain to anyone. Tried talking to spouse and get no assistance. I don't want to go to a stranger (counselor)... is this normal after heart surgery? I just hate going to work, want to stay home, don't feel like housework. Heck I don't even care that it is Christmas. I'd rather lay in bed and watch TV. What can I do to fix me?
