Coming out of depression
avatar
whatsupbuttercup posted:
When you're leaving a depressive episode, do you find that it's still hard to enjoy things, or to force yourself to do unpleasant things? For example, it still makes me a little anxious to hang out with my friends, and I haven't had the will to vacuum yet I wanna get on with things! Does anyone else have this, and does it eventually lead back to happiness?
