it is an interesting new medicine. it has SSRI properties like zoloft to some degree but also manipulates serotonin by turning on or off other brain receptors.... so it is unique and different. It doesnt mean it is better, just different and sometimes it works better for one person and not the other. its side effects are similar to other mainstream antidepressants

Thank you, for your response, I stayed with it for a week, the nausea was constant and there was no improvement in mood. Felt like I was in a fog. Trying Remron in the evening before bed and zoloft in the morning, so far improved mood, but still have anxiety in the morning when trying to get out of bed.
