Today I finally found out that I am truly alone with my depression. I just relized that I have nothing to fight for, no one to miss me if I was not here and no reason to fight anymore so I give up and will no longer try to find solutions and just let what may come, come.

sorry I meantto have the answer above to this. I'm new. What I said was that people do not understand your feelings and in that we are alone -- I know I stoppped a long time ago trying to get people to understand. When I did that I didn't feel quite as isolated because I didn't rely on anyone for anything

Not sure exactly how you feel, I know that I have felt lost, depressed. Personally, I can't stand the word, because it is man made. You have everything to fight for (you are alive and you were born for a reason) don't you think? I've lost much in my life and the way that I handle my anxiety, depression, and/or mental disorder, if you want to call it that. Don't be afraid, try to remember how it started, close your eyes and mediate leave your mind (blank) and feel all the energy around that is alive. It is called life. Exercise and go back to the things that made you smile and laugh.

You are not alone. I often feel the same way. Especially since my son passed away. Just the other day, I thought that if I wasn't around, nobody would miss me. Then I put on some headphones with songs I like (mostly older rock and roll-nothing depressing) and took a walk. Do something that makes you feel good, screw everyone else. You are the only one who matters and you are important. It may not seem like it today, but one day at a time and eventually it will.
