I knew I was going to take my life if I didn't have someone to stop me. My children where going to lose there mother. I knew I could not live through the pain any longer. It did help. I was in a good place that was very helpful, put on medication, given therapy, and most importantly, educated about about depression. I still struggle with depression, am still on meds, and am still in therapy, but I have a great relationship with my kids, and they are glad I am still here.Get the help you need. You are worth it.

I was hospitalized for about a week, but wasn't happy about it at all. I tried to end my life and ended up getting 302. It helped me find my therapist who understands me and helps me when my depression reappears.
