Came out of nowhere,real panicky feeling that I am going to have a heart attack. Had them before -feel like your going crazy

This may sound mad as in crazy, but I have had one panic attack in my life. Chest hurt like hell, swear I could hear the heart beat in my ears, felt very light headed going down the Interstate around 75mph. Of course in the middle of no where- about 50 miles from any real help. Don't know why - but forced my self to start laughing until I couldn't stop laughing. Had to look like an idiot. Or try a paper bag, like for hyperventilation.

Jimmy, your a nurse you know the physical signs that are present in every heart attack - out side of the chest pain, are any other the others present. If yes get to ER via ambulance. If no, you know it's not a heart attack correct?

I know too much medical knowledge, so much it scares me. Its not a heart attack, but when you panic, all reason goes out the window.
