Good Afternoon

I called the crisis line earlier this afternoon as I was having such a bad day dealing with my emotions and spoke with a counselor

They said that i could come down there so i did, i didnt know that I could come down as no one ever told me that before and they did an intake on me and gave me an appointment for next monday with a psychiatrist. i wish that it could be sooner as i really need some meds

I thought that when i went down that i could talk to a counselor as i really needed to speak with someone but basically all they did was an intake on me. So that really didnt help me

Thank goodness i am going to see my counselor tomorrow night

My daughter and her boyfriend are now here for dinner and i really cant deal with any company right now i just want to lay down and go to sleep and not have to deal with any of this at all ever again. i will just have to make the best of this right now and sit and eat and be pleasant

I am just so mentally and physically y sick that i cant eat or concentrate on anything at all,

Thinking about tomorrow and the fact that I will be home alone all day and I cant stand the thought of it at all

i am just a tortured soul with no hope for a future in sight.

How disappointing that you didn't get to talk to someone! Thank goodness you are seeing someone tomorrow night. Maybe during your time tomorrow you can write down all the things you want to say to the counselor. I liked your idea about starting to pray again-it may give you some comfort and hope.
