Advice to break out of a depressive episode?
    An_247837 posted:
I have struggled with depression since I was nine years old. I have been doing really well for the past several years with only occasional bad days. However, the past three days I have fallen into a deep depression. I cannot stop crying, could not go to work, cannot run any errands. I am not functional. I'm so scared that I am going to loose my job and my fiance because I don't know how to get out of this mood. I just want to be functional again. Any advice on steps I can take to break out of this?

You don't give any other information about your situation, has something happened, etc. But I would go to your doctor ASAP and tell them about this deep depression. You need help now. Good luck.

I'm going to try to respond once again since I didn't even get a review your reply message. Nothing has shown up.

Without any further information about what is going on with you, you need to see your doctor ASAP and tell them how you are feeling and about all the crying. Tell the receptionist when you call that you have had days of not being able to stop crying to get a sooner appointment. Good luck.
