Elizabeth, actually no. Buring self in work at the moment, but I know that is short term. Doesn't relieve the issues, just keeps me from dwelling on them for hours. Not sleeping much anyway, 3-4 hours per night, that's how I got so down last time.. I know, I know. Trying to work it down and sleep more but every time I do it seems to heighten my depths. Not sure at the moment which way to go.

Chez1, you know how much I appreciate all the support here, by you and so many others. I don't even know what I feel right now, or how to express it. Clueless in Nebraska. I feel like I have said everything there is to say and began repeating it over and over. Hell, the old LP's didn't stick this much. I've tried writing to see if that would help, I have about 10 pages with one word per page - rut, over and over. I think the best term is numb.
