Hi everyone- Just wanted to pop in and say hi.....have been battling depression for a number of years. Was in hospital beginning of September after suicide attempt (3rd time) and really needed to reach out to others. This was the first time I was in the hospital for an extended period of time after an attempt and I really enjoyed the groups.

I have Multiple Sclerosis which probably doesn't help things much! But I am trying to make the most out of everyday and seeing a psychiatrist and a therapist now. I look forward to getting to know you guys and offering my support to all of you as well....

Hi Brooke!

I'm so glad that you're using tools to take care of yourself and you had a good experience with the hospital groups.

I look forward to getting to know you as well. I'm typing away from the Los Angeles, CA area. Where are you located?
