I always feel like people are out to hurt me, I constantly feel judged and am always on the defense I have alot of trouble on my job with supervisors and co-workers, I lose friends and family I can't believe my boyfriend has stayed with me this long and plans to marry me, he must be crazy.

First you have to understand what brought you into this state, and why? You are not the only one out there. Then try to defuse the situation, not letting your mind get the best of you. Find a hobby, go walks. Write if you like writing.
