    Exciting News for WebMD Members!

We've been busy behind the scenes building new message boards for you. You'll have new and easier ways to find messages, connect with others, and share your stories.

And, this will all be available on your smartphone or other mobile device!

What Do You Need to Do?

The message board you're used to will be closing in the coming weeks. While many of your boards will be making the move to our new home, your posts will not. Want to keep a discussion going? Save posts you want to continue (this includes your member profile story), so that you can re-post them in the new message boards.

Keep an eye here and on your email inbox, we'll be back in touch soon to give you all the information you need!

    Yours in health,

This is my 1st post...I have been struggling with severe depression for 6 years now. It has been horrible on my family. My husband bought 4 boos about spousal depression 4+ years ago (on his own) and I thought that was a really good sign. But...he won't read them I have tried everything from asking nicely to yelling and screaming and telling him how hurtul it is to know he bought the books, but doesn't read them. I can't make him read them and I don't want them in my house any longer. I don't know how to let it go???? My marriage is suffering and I am still depressed. Any thoughts would be appreciated.

Hey pattlyn, have you or are you currently in therapy? It has helped me to talk with a professional, I am not 'cured' nor do I expect to be, but it does help.
