Please...Need to talk

I am having a really hard time this am....Im very nervous and not feeling good at all. I have physical symptons with my depression. My stomach is in knots!! I feel like i could throw up!! I just wanna lay down but i know that isnt what is best. Its so hard to keep moving when i feel this way...Anyone else ever feel like this and if so...how do u cope with it?

Hey Steph, I have had and still do have days like that. I found talking with my counsellor and psych helps. The also recommended medication. Are you seeing someone for your depression?

Im not seeing anyone but i want to. I am on Medication and it does help, like today i feel really good. I do think that i would benefit from talking with someone. It cant hurt right!!??! Thank you for responding. I just need some reassurance sometimes that im not totally alone in the world

I have similar feelings too. I'm going through a really hard time in my life right now and it makes me physically ill. My stomach hurts, I feel like throwing up, it's worse when I cry, and my head hurts. I go through these moments when my sadness is worse than at other times. To prevent those moments I go to the gym, the mall and basically wonder around so I don't have to go home and think. I'm also seeing a psychologist and I think she's helping me cope a little.

I want to set up an appt with a psych. I need to do it soon because i have heard alot of people say that it helps them
